Rze\u017aba uformowana zosta\u0142a przez lodowce g\u00f3rskie podczas zlodowace\u0144 plejstoce\u0144skich. Obszar p\u00f3l firnowych lodowc\u00f3w znajdowa\u0142 si\u0119 powy\u017cej 1400\u20131600 m n.p.m., a j\u0119zory lodowc\u00f3w schodzi\u0142y do ok. 1000 m n.p.m. (Dolina Bia\u0142ki \u2013 920 m n.p.m.).
