S\u0105 to tereny, kt\u00f3re do lat czterdziestych zamieszkane by\u0142y przez kilka grup etnograficznych, z kt\u00f3rych Pog\u00f3rzanie i Dolinianie s\u0105 grupami polskimi, a Bojkowie i \u0141emkowie s\u0105 grupami rusko-wo\u0142oskimi. Ci ostatni zostali przesiedleni na ziemie odzyskane w ramach akcji Wis\u0142a i ich osadnictwo w Bieszczadach i na Pog\u00f3rzu praktycznie wygas\u0142o. Zgodnie z powy\u017cszym podzia\u0142em na terenie skansenu zorganizowano sektory tematyczne. Zauwa\u017cmy, \u017ce w tym podziale zabrak\u0142o spo\u0142eczno\u015bci \u017cydowskiej, rozproszonej po ca\u0142ej ziemi sanockiej.
