O tej porze grzyb\u00f3w nie szukamy pod drzewami, a na nich w\u0142a\u015bnie. Wszystkie zimowe grzybki s\u0105 jadalne, wi\u0119c o tej \u00a0porze roku mo\u017cemy by\u0107 pewni, \u017ce nie wyl\u0105duj\u0105 w naszych koszach grzyby truj\u0105ce. Dostarcza on wielu cennych sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w od\u017cywczych. Przede wszystkim jest niewiarygodnie obfitym \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142em bia\u0142ka, witamin, minera\u0142\u00f3w, b\u0142onnika i innych przeciwutleniaczy. Przy tym jest niskokaloryczny i nie zawiera cholesterolu. Mo\u017cna go znale\u017a\u0107 na drzewach li\u015bciastych, takich jak: wierzba, brzoza czy nawet orzech w\u0142oski.
